it's been about 6 years since i've had extra money. i actually don't hate it.
the reason i haven't had extra in 6 years is because i bought a house. epic win for me, epic fail for finances.
my friends had money, so i asked why. they said they all got "Short Pay Refinances" from this one website.

after talking with an agent, i found out i was "Upside-Down" on my home, and that a "Short Pay Refinance" was definitely in order.
if you're not familiar with the terminology, "Upside-down" on your home means it's worth less than you actually owe to the bank. it's totally not fair, and really screws you over with money. after talking with the company, they helped me lower my payments, and keep a boatload of extra cash. i highly recommend them to any homeowners.
